Greetings! We have received a copy of Dr. Cox’s talk from his presentation on April 17th. He also provided a copy of his doctoral seminar syllabus, “Academic Culture and Practice,” which might be of some interest, especially its lengthy set of readings. (Dr. Cox has noted that the copy of his talk is a working draft and asks that we forgive typos and other problems.)
If anyone is interested in receiving a copy of these items, please contact Kate at email@example.com and she will pass it along.
Thank you again to everyone that attended.
You are warmly invited to attend another event, the SC&I Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Awards Dinner.
The dinner is scheduled for Thursday May 16th, 2013 at the Rutgers Club from 6:00-8:00 pm. The cost is $40 and includes dinner and dessert. This year we are honoring Norma Blake, the immediate past New Jersey State Librarian.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Marie Radford (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include the number attending. Please send a check in the mail or hand it to me by May 10th. The check can be made payable to SC&I Alumni Association.
I hope you are able to attend and look forward to seeing you there!
